I have a little secret. LOL
It was a little unexpected as I didn't think it was ready yet but alas it is.
Anyone care to venture a guess?
It is something to do with my photography.

Precious bundle on its way!!

I am curious to see what will come out of this precious package. I always found out if I could what I was having and give big kudos to those that wait for the big day.
Today was indoors so no worries about weather. I brought my new light along and we played. I am very pleased with what we achieved today and thank you so much for your patience with me today as I experimented and talked your ears off lol.

Two Gorgeous Sisters

These two were my second and third models from my teen model campaign.
We started inside and tried out my new light and then headed out to a couple of locations outside. It was not as nice as the weatherman predicted so it was a little chilly.
I had fun and got a lot of awesome shots. I asked out of all the ones we did which they would like to see. So I am showing one each of what they wanted and then one of each that I love.

My first Teen Model

I am so pleased with this session. This beautiful girl came up to the plate when I put the call out for teen models and she was a joy to work with.
I had a lot of fun and the weather cooperated too!!
We managed to shoot at a few locations and may do a continuation in spring.

So cold but love will keep them warm

Brrr we thought when we planned this session it was suppose to be warm but the weatherman deceived us...
But we prevailed and braved the cold. I had a blast with these guys and their love is so apparant.
Love will definately keep them warm.

Double the Cuteness

This was my very first time capturing twins. What better ones to do this than this adorable brother and sister.
It was an awesome adventure and I am pleased with what we got!
Mom was a trooper and she knew exactly what she was doing with her bundles of joy.

Happily Ever After

I got a chance to work with this sweet couple yesterday.
We got a chance to go to a few different places and had a good time.
We discovered that even though it can be mild outside there is always a wind to ruin it lol.

The Little Princess

This little sweet pea was the little princess of the night!
I must say that mommy was the most patient mommy I have ever seen. This little girl wanted to eat all night long. She loves her momma so!!
We got some awesome images between feedings and I sure hope she slept well for mommy that night!

Last minute Valentine ideas

We were out for supper about a week ago and all of the sudden we heard beautiful voices singing. It was not the typical Happy Birthday song you hear when you are out to eat. No this was a romantic song and in beautiful harmony.
When they were done everyone clapped. It was a group of older gentlemen in a barbershop type quartet. They handed out cards and sang a few more songs right from their table.

On the brink of 18 (Letter to me)

Any parent with a teen I am sure can somewhat relate to this song.
This song came on the radio as I was cleaning my little girl's room and I just sat on the floor tears running down my face listening to this song.
My oldest is on the verge of turning 18. The moment I thought I had been waiting for all my life and now it is bittersweet. Amazing that he has come this far in life but still so far to go. They all think they know everything about the world at this age and it is so hard to step back and allow them to make their own mistakes when we too were once young and can predict ahead what will happen.
He never ceases to amaze me and I love him dearly.. After this song I picked up the phone just to hear his voice and he probably thought oh no mom is being sappy again.
Anyways this song just really touched a chord in me and moved me to tears and thought I have to share..

Collections ,Packages Etc

I am going to take the next couple of days to put together some collections, or packages. I am always asked about them but have never offered them. One reasoning is that other photographers have told me people always want to switch things around and so it ends up being more work than it is worth.
So I will give it a trial period and see if it is a success or not.
If it ends up not being then they will disappear again.
Now for all the readers...
I need names for these collections so if you have any suggestions please send them in by the end of the weekend.

Me,myself and I

Yesterday I did my hair to the best I could lol.
I got a new haircut last week and it was just too short for my liking. So the last week I have been having a few tears over my hair but oh well it does grow back.
So yesterday I made the best of it and kind of liked it so thought well lets take some pictures of it.
Do you know how hard it is to take a picture of yourself lol??
Well after going through all three of my cameras I went with my original one as it has a remote that reaches about a foot. It was very entertaining to say the least. Waiting for the flash to keep up, hopping up after every shot to peek at it. First I am too high then I am too low, too much to the left or to the right. After going through each lens too for that matter ugh it is a wonder I got anything...
Well I have two picures out of the 84 I took lol that passed my standards..
I decided I liked my somewhat side profile better than straight on. I do love one thing about my hair, I love the colors in it!!
